When will I receive my order?

Once we have received confirmation of your order, we will endeavour to process the items within 1-2 business days and send you the tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.

How long is delivery?

Delivery depends on the option chosen at checkout. Delivery timelines are shown here.

I'm not feeling it, can I exchange or refund?

Yes! Both options are available. However, used and worn items cannot be exchanged or refunded. Shipping costs are the responsibility the customer.
